So Tanzania’s new president, John Magufuli, has been making drastic changes left right and center. He’s been in power for just a few weeks and he’s already banned foreign trips by government officials. That’s not all, he has told the ministers to quit all those outside meetings and stay put in their chairs and use conference calls. Like we’re in 2015 dudes, you gotta use technology, you hear me?! Oh and he has cancelled the big independence bash all the officials were looking forward to. And guess what else, no more buying christmas cards using government money. If you want to send seasonal greetings, use your own damn money. Ha! This president has come with a bang. And I suspect he’s only beginning. I just hope these are not just cosmetic changes though. Anywho, because the people on Twitter were never taught any chill and have no good manners at all, they went and made the #WhatWouldMagufuliDo Hashtag. You guys will want to sit down for this. They were so hilarious. I was laughing the whole time. I seriously don’t know how people find or make this stuff up.
